High Value Account Representative

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining long-term relationships, and maximizing sales opportunities within them.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of Key Account customers
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
Additional responsibilities include providing assistance to high-end, high-value players and attending to hospitality events. You will work closely with internal teams to serve high-value customers and provide a VIP customer experience.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Proven experience as an Account Manager in the Online Gaming industry
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Understanding of CRM tools
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
