Job DescriptionAs a Client Success Professional, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the onboarding process for assigned clients. You will work closely with key stakeholders to position our solution as a core system and maximize its value.
You will build strong relationships with clients to drive engagement and long-term success. Your analytical skills will help you identify upsell opportunities by aligning our product capabilities with client needs.
In addition, you will analyze customer usage data to proactively address risks and drive retention strategies. Regular business reviews will also be conducted to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Lead discovery meetings with key users and stakeholders from clients
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive engagement and long-term success
- Identify upsell opportunities by aligning product capabilities with client needs
- Analyze customer usage data to proactively address risks and drive retention strategies
- 2-4 years of proven experience in a similar role or technical field
