**Business Development Manager**

  • Market expansion and customer development are key responsibilities of this role. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the Neofoods platform in the South American market and developing corresponding customers, including partners such as food distributors, food retailers, and food producers.
  • This individual will establish and maintain customer relationships, have a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points, match the products and supply chain resources of the Neofoods platform, continuously improve customer service, and form stable and long-term sustainable customer relationships.
  • The business development manager will manage the whole process of customer development, visits, transactions, and maintenance through Neofoods' digital tools, establish a complete regional customer information pool, and continuously optimize the customer experience.

**Sales Strategy and Performance**

  • The sales strategy for the South American market will be formulated based on Neofoods' platform product strategy and operation strategy. The business development manager will reach a consensus with the company on setting sales targets and formulate annual/quarterly/monthly sales plans to achieve these targets.
  • The role involves regularly reviewing and checking the rationality and accuracy of the market sales strategy with the Neofoods business leader, responding to market changes in real-time, correcting strategic deviations, and achieving sales targets more effectively.

**Market Insight and Cross-Departmental Collaboration**

  • This role requires the ability to complete market research based on the positioning and concept of the Neofoods platform. The business development manager will provide real-time feedback on customer needs, market channel requirements, regional consumer demand trends, and opportunities to provide an effective basis for the formulation of the Neofoods platform strategy.
  • Cross-departmental collaboration is essential for this role, requiring close work with the supply chain and platform operation teams to ensure that delivered products meet customer needs and are delivered in a timely manner, thus supporting the achievement of sales targets.

**Ability Requirements and Personal Attributes**

  • A minimum of three years of experience as a sales manager in the snack food and beverage retail sales in the South American food industry is required for this role. Strong business negotiation and customer management capabilities, along with self-motivation, stress resistance, and innovation, are highly valued.
  • The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, cultural tolerance, and adaptability to cross-cultural working environments and global teams.
