We are seeking a highly skilled individual to assume the role of Regional Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the regional team, providing guidance and support in line with HQ requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the company's operations within the region.
- BUILD and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Promote and drive the adoption of our financial products and services.
- Represent the country at international industry events and be available for travel.
- Identify and leverage business opportunities through partner relationships.
- Stay up-to-date with global financial markets and trends.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Regularly report progress to management.
Requirements:
- A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development within the FX industry, including team management.
- Fluency in English, Spanish, or Portuguese for business purposes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and generate new business opportunities.
