We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our city teams in the Brazilian food delivery market. As a City Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing high-performing teams from the ground up, enhancing business capabilities, and achieving team goals.

  • Develop and implement operational strategies using scientific analysis methods.
  • Maintain an end-to-end perspective, identify core frontline issues, and communicate feedback to headquarters.
  • Manage teams with diverse cultural backgrounds and establish effective training mechanisms.
  • Systematize work experiences, create standard operating procedures, and establish international business processes.
  • Develop detailed execution plans, monitoring mechanisms, and dynamically adjust strategies based on data.

Your Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of sales team management experience, with a track record of managing teams of over 15 members.
  • Experience in managing a food delivery business, with demonstrated understanding and insight into the industry.
  • Cross-regional multi-city management experience is preferred; proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) is an advantage.
  • Strong team collaboration skills, with a willingness to actively share work experience, provide actionable suggestions, and help the team quickly enhance capabilities.
