Billing Systems Analyst I-1

As a Billing Systems Analyst I-1, you will play a crucial role in supporting managed service customers by phone and email. You will be responsible for setting up customer billing schedules and procedures, processing and analyzing data, producing invoices and billing reports.

  • Producing and analyzing billing reports for managed service customers
  • Analyzing the results of processed files and making corrections if needed
  • Use of billing software
  • Responsible for compiling bill count reports and providing invoicing data to the finance department
  • Independent interaction with customers concerning their billing
  • Management of data and schedules to produce invoices for delivery per billing schedule
  • Maintain customer data in oracle database
  • Maintain and manage multiple ticketing systems
  • Use various pieces of software for tracking and analysis of data
  • Identifies problems/issues during billing cycles and solves or requests assistance in solving
  • May assist less experienced peers
  • Latitude for independent judgment/action
  • Work on moderately complex activities
  • Assist in definition and maintenance of documentation and procedures

This role requires sound problem-solving and time management skills, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills. You will work closely with internal and external teams to ensure effective communication and timely delivery of customer billings and deliverables.
