System Analyst - Billing Operations

We are seeking an experienced System Analyst to join our team at a leading Managed Service Provider. This role is responsible for the setup and maintenance of customer billing schedules and procedures, data processing and analysis, invoice production, and billing report generation for Managed Service Customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Production and analysis of billing reports for Managed Service customers
  • Analysis of processed files and correction where necessary
  • Utilization of specialized software for billing operations
  • Responsible for compiling bill count reports and providing invoicing data to the finance department
  • Independent interaction with customers regarding their billing
  • Management of data and schedules to produce invoices in line with billing schedules
  • Maintenance of customer data in Oracle database
  • Maintenance and management of multiple ticketing systems
  • Use of various software tools for tracking and analysis of data
  • Identification of problems/issues during billing cycles and resolution or assistance in resolving
  • Assistance to less experienced peers
  • Scope for independent judgment/action
  • Work on moderately complex activities
  • Assistance in definition and maintenance of documentation and procedures

This is a pivotal position that demands strong analytical skills, technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Billing Software
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
  • Oracle database experience a plus
  • Ticketing system experience a plus
