Billing Systems Analyst Role

We are seeking a skilled Billing Systems Analyst to join our team. As a Billing Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for setting up customer billing schedules and procedures, processing and analyzing data, producing invoices and billing reports for managed service customers.

This role requires sound problem-solving and time management skills, as well as discretion and independent judgment under general supervision. You will work closely with internal and external teams to schedule monthly activities and address billing or application questions and issues from customers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in telephony wholesale or retail billing, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Linux and Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of SQL and Perl programming languages is an advantage.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to exercise your analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues during billing cycles. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 0-3 years of experience in telephony wholesale or retail billing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Linux and Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of SQL and Perl programming languages (an advantage)
  • A strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
