About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Care Partner Advocate to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with communication impairments. As a Care Partner Advocate, you will play a critical role in ensuring that care partners have access to the resources and support they need to help their loved ones thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for care partners, providing timely and empathetic communication via phone, text, and email.
  • Build strong relationships with care partners through active listening and personalized support.
  • Deliver customized training and device support sessions tailored to the needs and comfort level of each care partner.
  • Identify potential risks to the sale and apply proven sales strategies to reduce objections and maintain momentum.
  • Keep care partners informed and engaged throughout the sales process.
