Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled and experienced customer service professional to join our team.
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service support to customers, utilizing effective relationship management skills. This includes order management, inventory checking, follow-up with customers, backorder reporting, and resolving discrepancies in cooperation with the sales team.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will participate in international regional projects aiming to improve the quality of service and effectiveness of the customer service department.
They will also be responsible for complaint management, including returned goods management and documentation handling, as well as coordination of FCA.
Furthermore, the successful candidate will perform additional office duties such as archiving and categorizing relevant documents.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Proven expertise in using MS Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
