As a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical engineering systems for luxury villas and boutique hotels. You will work closely with architects, interior designers, and other engineers to integrate systems seamlessly into the overall project.

- Designing Engineering Systems: Develop efficient and innovative engineering solutions that meet the aesthetic and functional standards expected in luxury developments.">
- Collaborating with Teams: Work closely with architects, interior designers, structural engineers, FF&E procurement teams, and client representatives to ensure seamless integration of systems.">
- Presenting Designs: Communicate complex design concepts and technical information to stakeholders through effective presentation and documentation skills.">
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- ">
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills: Ability to communicate complex technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.">
- Proficiency in CAD and BIM Tools: Experience with CAD and BIM software such as Revit and AutoCAD.">
- Degree in Civil or Building Engineering: A degree in civil or building engineering with a concentration in HVAC and mechanical systems.">
- Relevant Industry Experience: At least 5 years of experience working on luxury hospitality projects, preferably in high-end hotel and villa designs.">
