Senior Platform Engineering Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Platform Engineering Director to lead our Systems Engineering, BSS/OSS, and Data Architecture initiatives. This role is central to designing and delivering mission-critical platforms that power internal operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage expertise in system engineering, platform ownership, automation, and data management to enable operational excellence and technical scalability.
  • Develop and execute strategies for scalable, automated, and reliable platforms supporting business operations, BSS/OSS, and customer enablement.
Systems Architecture & Infrastructure:
  • Evaluate and maintain internal system infrastructure, including Windows and Linux environments, virtualized workloads, middleware, and shared services.
  • Drive modernization and resilience strategies across compute, storage, and services layers in collaboration with stakeholders.
BSS/OSS & Platform Enablement:
  • Design, implement, and lifecycle manage EdgeUno's Business and Operations Support Systems (BSS/OSS).
  • Ensure seamless integration into sales, finance, operations, provisioning, service delivery, support, and network operations workflows.
Automation & Systems Integration:
  • Promote infrastructure and systems automation across provisioning, monitoring, configuration management, and deployment.
  • Oversight design and maintenance of robust APIs and middleware to support internal and third-party integrations.
Data, Quality & Insights:
  • Guide data architecture, governance, and quality assurance practices across internal platforms.
  • Collaborate with data science, AI, finance, and commercial teams to ensure systems produce accurate data for decision-making.
