We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to join our team as an Ad Operations Specialist.
The ideal candidate will have native English language skills, both written and spoken, and be able to effectively communicate with colleagues.

Key Responsibilities- Ad Trafficking and Campaign Execution: Build and launch ad campaigns on social media platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest, as well as programmatic platforms including The Trade Desk, Google Ads, DV360, Criteo, and select retail media platforms.
- Ticketing System Management: Manage ad trafficking requests using our internal ClickUp ticketing system, prioritizing urgent needs and ensuring all requests are completed efficiently.
- Workflow Optimization: Collaborate with internal teams to build and maintain an efficient workflow for campaign setup.
- Targeting & Setup: Apply detailed audience targeting and campaign settings as provided by account teams.
- Creative Best Practices: Apply creative best practices for each channel, understanding where each line of copy goes and how to customize for different formats and placements to minimize back-and-forth during the quality assurance process.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Platform Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of social media advertising platforms and programmatic platforms.
- Technical Acumen: Familiarity with programmatic advertising, including platforms like The Trade Desk or other DSPs. Experience with CM360 is a must-have.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail in setting up campaigns, targeting parameters, and applying creative specifications is essential for success.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a team.
- Time Zone Compatibility: Must be available to work within PST to EST Time zones.
