Portfolio Account Management Associate

We are seeking a skilled Portfolio Account Management Associate to manage the pilot process for targeted startups, ensuring seamless onboarding, execution, and evaluation to support investment decisions.

The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for startups, coordinating communication between investment teams, cross-functional teams, and key stakeholders to facilitate a smooth pilot experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the pilot process for targeted startups, ensuring seamless onboarding, execution, and evaluation to support investment decisions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for startups, coordinating communication between investment teams, cross-functional teams, and key stakeholders to facilitate a smooth pilot experience.
  • Collect and analyze pilot performance data, gathering insights from campaign metrics and financial data to assess potential investment opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize pilot outcomes and improve lead generation strategies.
  • Handle complex customer interactions, addressing concerns and providing strategic guidance to ensure a high-quality client experience throughout the pilot phase.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in consulting, B2B sales, business development, or customer/partner success.
  • 4+ years of history successfully managing complex customer engagements.
  • Experience working with start-ups or on start-ups.
  • Advanced level of English.

Nice to Have:

  • Partner Success, Campaign Success Manager, or IC Campaign Management experience.
  • Content validation experience.
  • Professional services experience.
  • Venture Capital knowledge.
