Inventory Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Management Specialist to join our team. As an Inventory Management Specialist, you will be responsible for the receipt, storage, preservation, separation, distribution/expedition and accuracy of items in stock.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procure materials from suppliers and vendors
  • Distribute and control tools and consumables throughout the organization
  • Replenish stock, recertify annually tools/accessories and maintain accurate documentation
  • Maintain inventory levels by moving materials internally and externally
  • Preserve stored materials by following established procedures and maintaining required levels of stock accuracy
  • Evaluate material conditions and perform on-site counts as needed

Location: Rio de Janeiro

Requirements:

  • High school diploma complete
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment or distribution center is highly valued
  • Familiarity with SAP system is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Skills and Qualifications
