Business Development Role

The primary responsibility of this role is to identify potential customers, establish contact, and assess leads to ensure they meet our company's criteria before transferring them to senior sales staff for further development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify potential prospects.
  • Conduct research on potential leads to identify key decision-makers within target companies.

  • Utilize discovery techniques to gather information about prospects' pain points and challenges.
  • Assess leads based on company criteria and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads using a CRM system.
  • Track all interactions and update lead information to ensure data accuracy and organization.

Requirements:

  • Effective communication skills in English (both written and verbal) with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to handle rejection and persist in follow-up efforts.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and the ability to identify customer pain points.
  • Experience using CRM tools is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
