Business Development Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Professional to drive new business opportunities to closure.

  • Develop and execute strategies to generate new business leads.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to define solutions for potential clients.
  • Ensure timely updates of sales pipeline in Salesforce for reporting and tracking purposes.
  • Maintain an up-to-date personal sales pipeline in advance of weekly check-ins.
  • Engage with dozens of sales leads and contacts daily.
  • Present proposals to key stakeholders to secure new business agreements.
  • Nurture existing relationships with past clients to maintain top-of-mind awareness.
  • Invite clients to ongoing webinars and thought leadership events.
  • Support the development of strategic slide decks for pitching new business.
  • Convert proposals into executable contracts and scopes of work.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Familiarity with the agency, digital media, or marketing landscape.
  • Strong written communication skills, particularly in responding to client inquiries.
  • Excellent organizational skills, including task management.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Tech-savviness, including ability to learn new tools quickly and train others.
  • Fundamental understanding of marketing concepts and terminology.
  • Bonus: Experience with presentation software such as Apple Keynote or Microsoft PowerPoint.
