We are looking for a business development professional to join our team in Brazil. The ideal candidate will have experience in working with data, improving business performance, and driving regional growth.
Job Description
The role of the business development professional is to improve business performance by identifying gaps and increasing revenue. This involves daily tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs), generating insights and hypotheses, and testing them to improve overall business performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in working and analyzing data
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Fluent English
- Experience in customer development marketing research and field surveys
- Well-structured approach to problem-solving, ability to generate hypotheses and test them quickly
- Goal-oriented, proactive with solid communication skills, and very self-dependent
- Knowledge and experience in project management, business development, and/or product development
- Ability to conduct MVP
