Regional Business Development Lead for LATAM

This is a high-impact role for a commercially driven leader with deep expertise in the LATAM energy sector.

The Opportunity:
  • Drive new business opportunities across LATAM, identifying and converting prospects within utilities, grid operators, ISOs, and energy companies.
  • Lead strategic sales cycles, owning deals from initial contact through to close.
  • Develop and execute regional growth strategy, working closely with global sales leadership.
Your Background:
  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise software sales (APM, EAM, OT or similar solutions).
  • A proven track record in LATAM utility and energy landscape, especially in Brazil, Chile, and Colombia.
  • Strong relationships with grid operators, utilities, and energy stakeholders in the region.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Fluent English and Spanish required; Portuguese highly advantageous.
  • Business acumen, consultative sales ability, and resilience to work across public and private institutions.
