This is a high-impact role for a commercially driven leader with deep expertise in the LATAM energy sector.
The Opportunity:- Drive new business opportunities across LATAM, identifying and converting prospects within utilities, grid operators, ISOs, and energy companies.
- Lead strategic sales cycles, owning deals from initial contact through to close.
- Develop and execute regional growth strategy, working closely with global sales leadership.
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise software sales (APM, EAM, OT or similar solutions).
- A proven track record in LATAM utility and energy landscape, especially in Brazil, Chile, and Colombia.
- Strong relationships with grid operators, utilities, and energy stakeholders in the region.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Fluent English and Spanish required; Portuguese highly advantageous.
- Business acumen, consultative sales ability, and resilience to work across public and private institutions.
