Senior Commercial Leader for LATAM Energy Sector

About the Opportunity:
  • Drive business growth across LATAM by identifying and converting opportunities in utilities, grid operators, ISOs, and energy companies.
  • Lead strategic sales cycles, owning deals from initial contact through to close, and developing regional strategies in collaboration with global sales and marketing leadership.

Requirements:

  • Fluent Spanish and English required; Portuguese is highly advantageous.
  • Strong consultative sales ability, gravitas, and resilience to work with public and private energy stakeholders.

About You:

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise software sales (APM, EAM, OT, or similar solutions).
  • A proven track record in the LATAM utility and energy landscape, particularly in Brazil, Chile, and Colombia.
  • Established relationships with grid operators, utilities, and energy stakeholders in the region.
  • Experience managing complex sales involving multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles.
