
Regional Business Development Lead

We are seeking a strategic business leader to accelerate our indirect go-to-market approach in the LATAM region and Brazil.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate closely with sales teams to recruit customers across the region.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies in alignment with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at regional partners.
- Enable partners to grow their customer base through our market-leading SaaS backup service, providing training and support to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of partner sales and prospecting activities in CRM and PRM systems to inform sales pipeline and forecasting.
This role will play a critical part in expanding our presence across the region. The successful candidate will report to our VP of Sales Americas.
Requirements- Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in sales strategy development and execution.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
