Job Summary:

The Consumer Supply Chain Finance team is seeking a talented Sr Analyst to join their PIC (Principal, Inventory and Costing) team in LATAM. This role will ensure accurate and compliant financial transactions and analysis across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage cash flow to ensure sustainable cash position performing Acc Receivable, Acc Payable, and Taxes analysis.
  • Review intercompany prices, markups, and margins to optimize financial results and meet legal requirements.
  • Provide technical expertise related to Financial Statements (US GAAP and BR GAAP).
  • Forecast Business Cycles - Intercompany sales, Balance Sheet, Free Cash Flow, and PnL Statutory.
  • Perform closing activities related to ETR and Balance Sheet analysis, Intercompany Sales, GP Standard analysis, Spend Variances.
  • Bravo Reports, BVA Explanations.
  • Provide SC information and Support ad-hoc requests.
  • Keep continuous improvement mindset to simplify process and reduce workload.
  • Lead training sessions to peers and business partners.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of a bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or Engineering/Business Management.
  • A minimum 4-5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting or knowledge of general Finance & Accounting processes.
  • Experience with systems GRM, TM1, and mainly SAP / Microsoft office.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office required.
  • Advanced English required (Spanish is a plus).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills, plus demonstrate drive and a willingness to take ownership for tasks and responsibilities.
