Senior/Mid-Level Social Media BI Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media BI Analyst to join our team at The 8Agency. As a key member of our Business Intelligence team, you will be responsible for extracting valuable insights from social media data, driving business growth, and optimizing marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis and Insights: You will work with data export and modeling to extract deep insights into consumer behavior, trends, and the performance of our social media campaigns.
  • Engagement Strategies: You will assist the Strategy team with insights and best practices that resonate with the target audience, making data-driven decisions and improving results for our clients.
  • Metrics and Results: You will monitor relevant KPIs, measuring the impact of our actions and ensuring the achievement of business objectives.
  • Monitoring and Crisis Management.
  • Reports and Presentations: You will prepare analytical and qualitative reports, presenting the results clearly and concisely to the team and clients.
  • Social Listening: You will build queries and Boolean terms to monitor online conversations and identify business opportunities.
  • Tools: You will master tools such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Sprinklr to extract, analyze, and visualize data, as well as the native platforms of each of the brand's main channels.
  • Report Production: You will prepare periodic reports with recommendations based on the collected data.
  • Trend Research: You will stay up-to-date with the latest market trends, using tools such as Sprinklr and Google Trends.

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in data analysis and BI, with a focus on social data.
  • Deep knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Sprinklr).
  • Experience in monitoring KPIs.
  • Ability to communicate complex insights clearly and concisely.
  • Proactivity, organization, and ability to work in a team.
  • Desirable: Advanced English and Intermediate Spanish.
