The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
- Engage with potential customers via cold calls to sell software as a service products.
- Respond to incoming calls from prospective customers.
- Utilize scripts to provide information on product features, prices and benefits.
- Ask pertinent questions to understand customer requirements.
- Persuade customers to purchase by demonstrating how products meet their needs.
- Accurately record customer information in a computer system.
- Address complaints or doubts to safeguard our reputation.
- Maintain records of calls and sales, documenting useful information.
- Proven experience in telemarketing or similar sales/customer service roles.
- A proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
- Working knowledge of relevant computer programs, such as CRM software, and telephone systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in English.
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.
- Persistent and results-oriented.
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection.
