Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

  • Engage with potential customers via cold calls to sell software as a service products.
  • Respond to incoming calls from prospective customers.
  • Utilize scripts to provide information on product features, prices and benefits.
  • Ask pertinent questions to understand customer requirements.
  • Persuade customers to purchase by demonstrating how products meet their needs.
  • Accurately record customer information in a computer system.
  • Address complaints or doubts to safeguard our reputation.
  • Maintain records of calls and sales, documenting useful information.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in telemarketing or similar sales/customer service roles.
  • A proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
  • Working knowledge of relevant computer programs, such as CRM software, and telephone systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.
  • Persistent and results-oriented.
  • Patient and able to handle customer rejection.
