The Role:
- Develop a comprehensive data monitoring system for warehousing, incorporating data source management, dashboard creation, and regular report generation for enhanced visualization.
- Ensure optimal operational health by analyzing key performance indicators, developing frameworks for process enhancement, and providing actionable suggestions for labor efficiency and capacity planning.
- Collaborate closely with warehouse teams, product teams, and other departments to deliver exceptional project support.
- Provide flexible data assistance to meet diverse business needs, while maintaining a high level of precision and attention to detail.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in warehousing data analysis, with a proven track record of extracting, analyzing, and optimizing data for business objectives.
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and statistical analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- A strong problem-solving attitude, with a keen eye for detail and adaptability in the face of evolving business requirements.
