Accurate and efficient billing is critical in the healthcare industry. As a skilled Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for verifying patient benefits, obtaining pre-authorizations, and monitoring schedules to ensure timely collection of payments.

Responsibilities:- Verify all patient benefits for scheduled appointments and evaluate responsibility to ensure accurate payment amounts.
- Obtain pre-authorizations or pre-determinations for each patient to receive treatment with specialty drugs.
- Monitor assigned schedules for add-ons and changes, ensuring timely updates and notifications.
- Assist with general billing AR tasks, including claims follow-up, insurance calls, and other necessary actions to obtain payment.
