Job Overview

This role involves managing projects in the assigned region and ensuring their operations and performance are up to standard. You will be responsible for providing guidance and maintaining transparency throughout the project lifecycle, as well as tailoring project delivery and quality targets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and guidance on issue identification and resolution.
  • Familiarize yourself with effort estimation methodologies and development engineering processes, controlling risks during presales stages and contract reviews.
  • Maintain an overall picture of the project, monitoring contract status, scope, timeline, progress, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate resources across project teams and conduct milestone deliverable and quality reviews.
Accountability:
  • Identify issues and collect information for Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
  • Communicate with relevant stakeholders to confirm issues.
  • Discuss and balance issues, generating options for resolution.
  • Presents resolution options and mitigation plans to senior managers for decision-making.
  • Pursue conclusion and follow up on results.
Financial and Business Direction:
  • Familiarize yourself with cloud businesses and technologies.
  • Support presales and conduct Bid reviews, guiding new sales directions.
  • Key variance and activity follow-ups with significant impacts compared to targets.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher required.
  • At least 10 years' experience in the software industry, with 5-8 years of Project Management experience.
  • Knowledge of cloud tech stacks (K8S, DevOps, Microservices, security, performance, etc.).
  • Experience working in global IT or consulting companies.
  • CMMI, PMP, ITIL knowledge preferred.
  • Excellent command of English in both writing and speaking required.
  • Self-management skills essential.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher required.
  • At least 10 years' experience in the software industry, with 5-8 years of Project Management experience.
  • Knowledge of cloud tech stacks (K8S, DevOps, Microservices, security, performance, etc.).
  • Experience working in global IT or consulting companies.
  • CMMI, PMP, ITIL knowledge preferred.
  • Insurance industry knowledge preferred.
  • Excellent command of English in both writing and speaking required.
  • Self-management skills essential.
