The Manager Account Management will lead sales and account management initiatives for LATAM Operations (Brazil & Mexico). This individual will hire, train, coach, and develop the account management team to hit country targets. They will be a collaborative, energetic, and accountable leader, driving the team to achieve revenue targets and KPIs.

This role acts as the primary touchpoint with global counterparts and other account managers, implementing local and global initiatives to increase performance and development.

">

The Manager will drive strategy, act as a consultant, and bring partner performance and discipline among the team. They will lead by example, be a strong influencer of change, and advance strategic goals into detailed operational plans.

">

This position requires presenting and communicating in front of large audiences both internally and externally. A network of senior contacts within the industry is desirable, along with an understanding of affiliate marketing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • University Degree in Business/Marketing, Communication, Engineering or similar">
  • Minimum 3 years experience in sales and account management">
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial capacity">
  • Highly motivated and self-driven to create and communicate vision">
  • Strong analytical skills and data driven to monitor and improve KPIs">
  • Demonstrated experience in partnership or stakeholder management">
  • An advocate for change and process improvement">
  • Ability to bring structure to a fast-paced environment">
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Portuguese required">
