Main Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Manage a team of PVCs who conduct visits to veterinarians, ensuring they are well-trained and informed about the latest product information.
- Scheduling: Create and maintain visit schedules to optimize coverage and efficiency.
- Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and professional development to the team to ensure they are knowledgeable about the latest product information and effective presentation techniques.
- Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute strategies to effectively promote and present technical products to veterinarians, aligning with broader company goals.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between the team and upper management, relaying important information and updates.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate the performance of the team, providing feedback and implementing improvements where necessary.
- Resource Allocation: Ensure that the team has the necessary materials and resources for successful visits.
- Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders.
- Reporting: Generate, analyze, and provide detailed reports on the results, activities, and outcomes of the team.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends and competitive products, providing insights to the team to enhance their presentations and strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine.
- Master's degree, residency, or postgraduate studies within veterinary area.
- Experience in the pet market.
- Experience in a leadership role.
- English skills (intermediate).
- Driver's license B.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google tools.
