As a Lead Front-End Engineer on our Maestro project, you'll be part of a highly creative environment where talented engineers, designers, and AI specialists collaborate to deliver meaningful solutions.

We're seeking an experienced professional with expertise in web standards, accessibility, and framework-agnostic architectures. Your technical leadership and design sensitivity will ensure seamless integration of AI-driven interactions with reusable design components. This is a unique opportunity to push the boundaries of what's possible in enterprise UX, redefining how people interact with intelligent digital solutions.

Responsibilities include:
  • Leading the design and development of front-end architectures that merge AI-driven workflows with design system components into a cohesive user experience.
  • Building and maintaining reusable, framework-agnostic UI building blocks leveraging web standards (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Web Components, etc.).
  • Ensuring Maestro's interfaces meet high standards of accessibility, usability, performance, and adaptability across platforms.
  • Collaborating with AI engineers, UX designers, and platform engineers to orchestrate seamless integration of services and components.
  • Providing technical mentorship, code reviews, and architectural guidance to drive engineering excellence across the team.
  • Contributing to the evolution of ADP's design system by aligning Maestro's front-end innovations with ADP's broader product ecosystem.
  • Rapidly prototyping and experimenting with AI-powered interactions, delivering PoCs, pilots, and MVPs that validate new human-AI interaction patterns.
