Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing diagnostic imaging equipment, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical assistance to customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Installation of diagnostic imaging equipment at customer sites
  • Troubleshooting, maintenance, and updates of designated product modalities under supervision
  • Attend service training courses and complete the professional certificate to build competence in technical assistance
  • Escalate situations when customer satisfaction is compromised and ensure contractual obligations are met
  • Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical associate's degree or above
  • Familiarity with diagnostic imaging equipment principles and structures
  • Strong IT, Microsoft Office, and Networking Infrastructure skills
  • Able to find and troubleshoot faults in the field
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and customer-oriented service skills
  • Valid driving license and good driving record
