Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing diagnostic imaging equipment, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical assistance to customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Installation of diagnostic imaging equipment at customer sites
- Troubleshooting, maintenance, and updates of designated product modalities under supervision
- Attend service training courses and complete the professional certificate to build competence in technical assistance
- Escalate situations when customer satisfaction is compromised and ensure contractual obligations are met
- Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Technical associate's degree or above
- Familiarity with diagnostic imaging equipment principles and structures
- Strong IT, Microsoft Office, and Networking Infrastructure skills
- Able to find and troubleshoot faults in the field
- Excellent communication, coordination, and customer-oriented service skills
- Valid driving license and good driving record
