Job Role:

The Service Technician position is a critical role within our organization, requiring an individual with technical expertise to provide support and maintenance for various machinery.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance technical skills
  • Develop effective strategies for spare parts inventory management
  • Document and analyze machine quality issues, identifying areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with colleagues on-site to optimize spare parts warehouse efficiency
  • Perform regular safety checks on equipment and adhere to established procedures
  • Deliver comprehensive training sessions to customers on equipment usage and provide post-sales support
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone or email
  • Prepare detailed reports on service calls and maintain accurate records of key contacts

Requirements:

  • College degree in mechanical manufacturing, electrical engineering, automation, or plastic materials
  • At least two years of experience in the injection molding machine industry or a related field
  • Extensive knowledge of injection molding machines, controls, mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
