Operations Assistant Role

This position plays a crucial role in supporting front-line operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing administrative tasks and coordinating various activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support operational leadership and monitor assembly line goals and deadlines.
  • Coordinate production activities and additional sectors to ensure smooth operation.
  • Support handler training process and inform hourly productivity.
  • Implement operational procedures and participate in team meetings with management and customers.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • One year of clerical experience is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work with goals and deadlines, accuracy, and attention to detail are necessary.
  • Basic Microsoft Office and PC skills, including Excel, are required.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to plan and organize effectively.
