About the Role

As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in maintaining the health and efficiency of our fleet. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that our trucks are well-maintained, running smoothly, and meeting the highest standards of quality.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the preventative and corrective maintenance of our vehicles, as well as registering relevant information. This includes:

  • Managing workshops to ensure timely and effective maintenance
  • Coordinating with drivers and teams to prioritize maintenance tasks
  • Monitoring the performance of individual trucks and generating reports

To excel in this position, you should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure. You will also need to be organized, focused, and able to communicate complex ideas clearly.

Requirements
  • Fluent English and Portuguese, Spanish is an advantage
  • Studying technician or degree in mechanical, production, automotive engineering or similar
  • Knowledge in the area of maintenance and trucks is an advantage
  • Availability and desire to learn
  • Sense of urgency and problem-solving
