Job Title: Regional Sales Lead - Endoscopy Specialist

Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of sales professionals in the endoscopy market. As a Regional Sales Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with key customers.

Main Responsibilities:
- Provide industry knowledge and education to team members to ensure they are up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and products.
- Monitor region sales performance, initiate corrective actions, and prepare reports on all aspects of region management.
- Develop and execute sales strategies and activities in conjunction with the Country Sales Manager.
- Plan and control expenses to ensure sales objectives are met within budget.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Solid experience in sales and leadership management
- Fluent English
- Driver's license
- Availability for traveling (40% of business time)
