Key Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute events, ensuring timely completion within budget and in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and post-event reports to assess performance and impact.
  • Maximize data capture opportunities at events to support marketing intelligence.
  • Propose innovative ideas and new formats to enhance experiential marketing efforts.
  • Sustain successful event execution by ensuring all necessary resources are available.

National Experiential Marketing Activities

  • Lead national dealer launch events and ensure alignment with Porsche brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the dealer network to identify high-impact local events that increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
  • Evaluate dealer-led marketing events using proper documentation and KPI tracking.

Customer Group Engagement and Support

  • Coordinate joint event initiatives with Porsche Customer Groups and Porsche Club Brazil, maintaining brand consistency and delivering premium customer experiences.

Marketing Fleet Management and Logistics

  • Maintain the marketing and PR vehicle fleet, ensuring optimal condition for use.
  • Manage the fleet management system to maximize vehicle utilization.
  • Coordinate transportation logistics for event vehicles, guaranteeing timely and safe delivery.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in event management, experiential marketing, or related areas.
  • Skills and Competencies:
    • Fluent English language skills.
    • Advanced knowledge of MS Office software.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changes in logistics and supplier availability.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude.
    • Team-oriented working style and intercultural understanding.
