Global Benefits Strategy Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our global benefits management program for multinational clients. As a Global Benefits Consultant, you will play a key role in designing and executing our clients' benefits strategies, working closely with local colleagues in various countries.

About the Role
Job Description:
You will be responsible for leading our multinational clients' global benefits management program, helping them design their benefits strategy and overseeing a global team to execute on this strategy. You will work effectively with local colleagues in a variety of countries, specifically leading the project delivering local brokerage and consulting services in the area of medical and other insured benefit programs.
You will also provide consulting services around all employee benefits to the headquarters, including designing your client's global benefits strategy, helping them connect their strategy to other areas of their Employee Value Proposition and Total Rewards, and providing guidance to our local benefits and brokerage teams on executing the client's strategy in a locally relevant manner.
