Strategic Growth Manager needed to drive client satisfaction and growth through data-driven insights.

About the Role

This is a value creation role where you will act as the strategic liaison between clients and our internal teams. You will build and maintain relationships with clients, coordinate digital campaigns, provide strategic recommendations, monitor performance, and optimize as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients ensuring their satisfaction and growth.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to execute digital campaigns including media, creative, performance, branding, etc.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on client goals and market context.
  • Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and proactively optimize as needed.
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to maximize client value.
  • Manage contracts, timelines, and deliverables with transparency and accountability.
Requirements:

You must have minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Manager in an agency or digital/SaaS environment. You should have excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese, strong understanding of the digital ecosystem, data-driven mindset, strong time management and multitasking capabilities, proactive attitude, solution-oriented mindset, and genuine passion for digital marketing.
