We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to oversee the efficient operation of our division. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive business growth while meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.

  • Develop and manage financial plans, including revenue projections, expense allocations, and capital expenditure strategies.
  • Perform ongoing financial analysis and provide insights on key performance metrics, variances, and trends.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor departmental budgets and cost control measures
  • Conduct financial forecasting and modeling to support strategic initiatives and identify potential risks or opportunities.

To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Accounting, or a related field. You should also have clear, concise written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English, as well as proven experience in financial management, preferably within the hospitality industry.

In addition, you should have knowledge of local tax laws and regulatory requirements related to finance and accounting, as well as demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people of diverse socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds.
