Job Overview
This position is responsible for monitoring the operation status of systems, recording key performance indicators through web interfaces, and handling anomalies according to standard operating procedures.
Regularly monitor system operation status, record key performance indicators through the web interface, and handle anomalies according to standard operating procedures.
Conduct automated inspections of faulty base stations in each country, report daily fault lists to RTK experts via email, and perform initial troubleshooting according to SOP.
Provide technical support to NRTK specialists and users within 30 minutes of receiving requests.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent with at least one year of experience in customer service, after-sales, or technical support roles. Proficient English reading and writing skills are also required.
