Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a project coordinator role within our organization. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering specific customer network projects and implementations while ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality results.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Project Delivery: Manage end-to-end project delivery, including customer network implementations, testing, and quality assurance.
  • Compliance and SLAs: Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and maintain excellent relationships with customers.
  • CAT Preparation: Prepare, organize, and execute Customer Acceptance Testing (CAT) to guarantee seamless project execution.
  • Collaboration and Input: Collaborate with the account team to provide input to customer proposals and contribute to the development of winning pitches.
Requirements:
  • A degree in telecommunications, engineering, or business is required for this position.
  • Project Management Certification, such as PMI PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner, is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with Orange Business Services Synergy Methodology is essential for success in this role.
  • Experience in project management, customer service, and telecommunications is necessary to excel in this position.
