Director of Product Strategy

In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the development of product strategies that drive business growth and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align design with business strategy and technical feasibility.
  • Foster strategic relationships with clients to understand their vision, challenges, and goals.
  • Develop and lead discovery sessions to define business problems and opportunities.
  • Drive decision-making by articulating a clear product strategy and validating business value.
  • Contribute to proposal development and consultancy services, shaping compelling proposals that align with client needs.
  • Define and estimate design efforts, contributing to proposal timelines and approaches.
Design Leadership & Execution:
  • Facilitate prototyping efforts to create high-level prototypes when needed.
  • Guide design decisions to enhance user experience while balancing business and technical constraints.
  • Cultivate a culture of excellence in product management and strategic design.
  • Mentor a team of product owners on product thinking, user research methodologies, and market validation techniques.
  • Establish frameworks and guidelines for delivering high-quality product strategies across projects.
Agility & Adaptability:
  • Adapt quickly to changing project environments and shifting priorities.
  • Tackle ambiguous situations with confidence and initiative.
  • Maintain effective stakeholder relationships and collaborate across teams.
Communication & Influence:
  • Effectively communicate complex ideas to ensure alignment across stakeholders.
  • Bridge business and design through strong client and internal relationships.
  • Present and defend design and product decisions confidently to internal and external audiences.
Requirements:
  • Executive/Managerial experience: Drive meetings with executive stakeholders and present strategic thinking with clear business impact.
  • Experience: 3+ years in Executive roles or 5+ years in Manager roles in Product Management and UX Design.
  • Product Strategy Expertise: Define, refine, and validate product concepts with clients.
  • Strong UX Background: Hands-on experience in wireframing, prototyping, and user research.
  • Consultative Mindset: Experience working with clients, facilitating workshops, and shaping product visions.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of market trends, competitive analysis, and product-market fit.
  • Excellent Communication: Lead client discussions, present ideas, and influence stakeholders.
  • English: Upper-Intermediate level.
