Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Clinical Study Manager to fill this challenging and exciting opportunity. This position requires a highly motivated, collaborative, and passionate professional who is committed to fighting cancer.

The ideal candidate will have a strong scientific background and business acumen, with experience in clinical research, particularly in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry. A proven track record of leading teams and managing projects from feasibility through closeout activities is essential.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead regional study delivery with inspection readiness quality within agreed timelines
  • Oversight of external partners working on the regional level and point of escalation for issue resolution
  • Align regional deliverables with overall study goals

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in clinical research
  • Proven experience as team lead in clinical functions and experience as CRA is preferred
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Working Environment:

This is a remote position that requires occasional travel based on business needs.
