About The Role

This position involves managing global operations, product development and market entry.

Key responsibilities include executing the company's expansion strategy, end-to-end project management of top business priorities, data-driven recommendations based on large data sets, problem-solving, process improvement, collaboration with product and development teams, strategic goal setting, performance management and creating organizational tools.

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a fast growth startup, BizOps role in tech, top-tier management consulting, investment banking or private equity
  • Solid track record of achievement
  • Intermediate proficiency in SQL for querying, analyzing and manipulating data to support operational insights and decision-making
  • Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools like Looker, Tableau or Power BI to visualize data and generate reports
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations

Candidates should be curious by nature and interested in making an impact. Excellent written and verbal communication in English is also required.
