About the Role

This position is responsible for executing global expansion strategies across operations, products, and new markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fast-paced environments and be able to drive cross-functional implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-end project management on top business priorities
  • Creating data-driven recommendations by accessing, analyzing, and synthesizing large datasets
  • Process design and improvement, particularly for operations at scale
  • Working with product and development teams to drive high-impact improvements
Requirements
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in fast growth startups, BizOps roles in tech, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Intermediate proficiency in SQL for querying, analyzing, and manipulating data
  • Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
