The Hotel Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of exceptional hotel services to our guests.

Job Description:

This role plays a critical part in ensuring that all hotel areas, including guest and public spaces, meet the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and maintenance.

  • Monitor and improve housekeeping performance through quality assurance strategies.
  • Conduct daily inspections to ensure cleanliness and readiness for guests.
  • Utilize industry-standard tools to deliver personalized service and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee operations in guest and teammate areas, resolving issues promptly and enforcing accountability for service excellence.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a premium hospitality environment, with a strong understanding of public health and environmental standards. They must be proactive, work well with minimal supervision, and have excellent command of English, both verbally and written.
