Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Motion Designer.

The successful candidate will be passionate about design, making things real, and pushing the boundaries of ideas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate, create, and extend brand visual equity into motion across all interactions.
  • Build motion into principles that support, build, and extend our Experience Principles.
  • Deliver compelling stories through film, moving assets, and other forms of motion.
  • Pull the boundaries to constantly challenge the level of output at Interbrand.
  • Understand UX and how motion relates to real experience and interaction.
  • Understanding of how motion relates to haptics, voice, and sonic.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of branding-related design experience with a core focus on creating iconic work that defines customer expectations across the globe.
  • Ability to embed conceptual thinking, motion principles, and guidance into your work.
  • Experience and interest in managing/leading cross-disciplinary teams.
  • Expert in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and core CC Software.
  • Exceptional creative talent (in the areas of brand identity across all mediums).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience with motion and/or digital is a plus.
  • Advanced English level (speaking, writing, and translating)
