As the Head of Brand, you'll be responsible for crafting a unique and compelling brand identity that resonates with Brazilian users. This involves developing a deep understanding of the local market, cultural nuances, and everyday realities to create an authentic brand voice.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building strong brands in Brazil, with expertise in strategic brand development, brand messaging, and visual identity. They should be able to drive brand consistency across all touchpoints, from product to marketing and beyond.
This role requires a collaborative and flexible individual who can work closely with cross-functional teams to bring brand ideas to life. The successful candidate will be passionate about staying connected to our audience, reading comments and reviews, and engaging directly with users to continuously adapt our messaging and brand voice.
A key focus area will be on creating emotional connections with users through narratives, campaigns, and experiences that go beyond utility. The ideal candidate will be a storyteller at heart, able to craft compelling stories that spark curiosity, trust, and emotion.
Additional responsibilities will include managing public relations and storytelling efforts, collaborating with internal teams, translating insight into impact, using content and influencers as strategic tools, driving organic brand growth, and overseeing brand-related investments.
We're looking for a strategic brand builder who is a strategic operator, able to zoom out and set long-term direction while also rolling up their sleeves to execute or manage projects day-to-day. Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.
