Job Summary:

We seek a Marketing Activation Junior Specialist to accelerate revenue growth and enhance brand equity across Latin America.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with brand leaders to develop innovative marketing strategies, managing the creative development process, and delivering brand projects on time and within budget.

The primary responsibilities of the Junior Specialist include:

  • Developing creative briefs and reviewing creative provided by internal and external studio partners.
  • Solidifying the delivery of brand projects, executing across digital media and in-store environments.
  • Supporting go-to-market plans and strategies, working with agency partners to create social media content.
  • Seeking out new ideas based on the set strategy and vision, taking inspiration from internal sources or external best-in-class activations.
  • Maintaining compliance with brand standards and ensuring consistency of all communication elements across marketing-based activities.
  • Tracking, adjusting, and improving brand and communication KPIs such as share of impressions, share of engagement, conversion rate, brand health score, and final revenue.
  • Collaborating closely with internal sales/channel teams to recommend and develop ways for the brand to partner and drive business growth at key retailers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's/MBA is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a marketing or brand/digital role in a consumer goods company.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English. Spanish is a plus.
  • Result-driven with a focus on taking action, trying new things, and getting things done.
  • High energy level and highly motivated. A self-starter.
  • Hands-on mentality.
  • Excellent analytical, time-management, and project management skills with the ability to deliver multiple projects.
