We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Brand Success Manager. This role is responsible for driving business growth and fostering strong relationships with partner brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build Trusting Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partner brands, ensuring their success on the platform.
  • Align Brands with Internal Requirements: Collaborate with brands to guarantee alignment with our internal requirements, ensuring seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Onboard Partner Brands: Ensure efficient onboarding of new partner brands, including Guide Shop setup and initial brand activation.
  • Identify Marketing Opportunities: Work closely with brands to identify key marketing activation opportunities, collaborating with the Commercial manager to ensure participation on the commercial calendar.
  • Optimize Brand Visibility: Follow virtual marketplace updates to guarantee partner brand visibility optimization, resulting in increased sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Support Finance and Logistics Processes: Assist in internal processes related to finance and logistics, ensuring timely delivery of assets and inventory management.
  • Analyze Sales Performance: Conduct in-depth analysis of sales performance and satisfaction rates, providing actionable insights to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in B2B Industry: Minimum 3 years of experience in the B2B industry, with a proven track record of driving business growth.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
  • Advanced English Proficiency: Advanced/Fluent level of English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
